A counselor years ago basically said just remember that "life is difficult" no matter what and you'll have good perspective. It's so true. No matter how "good" life is, we live in a broken world. Things will go wrong, people will disappoint. I will disappoint myself. But can I extend grace to a broken world? Can we just simply try to bless others? I try but sometimes I am the one in a hurry with the horrible attitude. Yes, sometimes life is just difficult. Thanks for the reminder to slow down and see people as simply broken people who need to see love in action. I expect a lot from myself but realize that things will go wrong and they do.
